About the sessions

I offer a range of one-to-one sessions and services. For the most up-to-date list of available services, see the Prices page.

Spiritual work is personal, complex and each session is different. I cannot guarantee that a particular loved one will come through, that a particular question will be answered, or that a specific outcome will happen after a session.

Sessions are offered for spiritual connection, guidance, reflection and support. You remain entirely responsible for your own choices and decisions.

Booking and payment

Current session descriptions, lengths and prices are shown on the Prices page.

Payment is made securely through Stripe.

After payment, I will email you to arrange a suitable day and time for your session. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and we have agreed an appointment time.

Please make sure the email address and phone number entered during payment are correct, otherwise I may not be able to contact you about your payment or session.

Availability

Sessions are usually available within the timeframe shown on the website, although this may vary depending on availability.

If we can’t find a suitable appointment time, your payment will be refunded in full.

Online, telephone and in-person sessions

Sessions usually take place on Zoom, but can also be by telephone, or in person where this has been agreed.

For online sessions, you are responsible for having a suitable internet connection, working equipment, and a private and safe space where you feel comfortable to talk as openly as you would like to.

If a significant technical problem prevents the session from taking place, we will normally arrange another time. If this happens repeatedly, I may suggest cancelling with a full refund.

International clients

Online sessions are available internationally.

Appointment times will be agreed by email and confirmed with the relevant time zone. Please check the time and time zone carefully before your session.

Prices are charged in pounds sterling, and then converted to other currencies where applicable. Stripe or your payment provider will show the final amount for your currency before payment is completed. Any US dollar, euro or Australian dollar amounts shown on the website are approximate guides only.

Evidence and connection

Evidence is an important part of my work.

Occasionally, it may not be possible to establish a solid connection with reliable evidence. If this is the case, the reading has no foundation on which to continue. If I feel early in the session that the connection is not clear enough to continue properly, I will stop the session and provide a full refund.

A refund is not normally offered where a connection has been established and evidence has been recognised, but the session does not unfold in the way it was hoped. This includes where a particular loved one does not communicate, information is unexpected, or something cannot immediately be recognised.

Cancellations and rearranging

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your session.

If, ultimately, we’re unable to arrange a session, your payment will be refunded.

If I need to cancel, you can choose either a rearranged appointment, or a full refund.

Refunds

Once the session has taken place, the service has been provided.

Nothing in these terms removes any legal rights you have as a consumer.

Refunds will be returned through Stripe to the original payment method.

Stripe, your bank, or currency conversion may affect how long the refund takes to appear, or the exact converted amount received.

Spiritual Healing and wellbeing guidance

Spiritual Trance Healing may involve support or impressions relating to emotional, energetic, physical or general wellbeing.

Any information shared during a healing session is offered as spiritual guidance. It is not medical diagnosis, treatment, nutritional advice, or a replacement for professional care.

Spiritual Healing can sit alongside medical care, therapy or other support, but it does not replace them.

Please do not stop or delay medical treatment, medication, therapy or professional advice because of anything discussed during a session.

Confidentiality

The content of sessions is treated as confidential. I treat what you share with care and respect. In exceptional circumstances, information may need to be disclosed to law enforcement agencies where required by law.

Recording sessions

I will not record an online, telephone or in-person session unless this has been discussed and agreed beforehand.

Respectful conduct

Sessions must remain respectful and appropriate.

I may stop or refuse a session where behaviour is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexualised, or otherwise inappropriate. If a session is ended for this reason, a refund may not be offered.

Third-party services

I use services including Stripe, Zoom, Formspree, Gmail and Cloudflare to provide the website, communication, payments and online sessions.

If one of these services has a temporary technical problem, I will do what I reasonably can to resolve the issue, suggest an alternative way of working, or rearrange the session.

Website content

The original writing, design and materials on this website belong to Cameron Psychic Medium unless stated otherwise.

Please do not copy or use them commercially without permission.

Liability

I will provide the booked service with reasonable care and skill.

I am not responsible for decisions made following a session or for outcomes that depend on circumstances outside my control.

Nothing in these terms limits responsibility where doing so would be unlawful, or removes your statutory consumer rights.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

If you live elsewhere, you may also have consumer rights under the laws that apply where you live. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
