My name is Cameron, trading as Cameron Psychic Medium.

I am based in England and registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

What I collect

When you contact me, I will have access to your name, email address, telephone number if you choose to provide it, and any information you include.

If you book a session, I may also keep information about the type of session booked, payment confirmation, appointment arrangements, and any communication exchanged between us before and after the session.

Please avoid sending very sensitive personal information through the contact form unless it is necessary.

How I use your information

I use your information to reply to enquiries, arrange sessions, provide the service you have booked, process payments, keep appropriate financial and business records, and deal with any practical or legal matters that may arise.

The content of sessions will be treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. If you share personal information during a session, I will treat it with care and respect.

Services I use

I use a small number of services to run the website and provide sessions. These currently include:

• Cloudflare for the website, domain and security
• Formspree for the website contact form
• Gmail for email
• Stripe for payments
• Zoom for online sessions

These services may process limited personal information needed to provide their part of the service, and they do so under their own privacy terms.

This website may link to other services such as Facebook or Instagram. Those services have their own privacy policies.

I do not sell your personal information or share it for unrelated marketing.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. I do not receive or store your full card details.

Online sessions

Online sessions take place on Zoom. I do not record sessions unless this has been discussed and agreed beforehand. I also do not keep any notes about the content of sessions.

Email and contact form

Messages sent through the website contact form are processed by Formspree and delivered to me by email.

Email is useful and convenient, but it is not always completely secure. Please bear this in mind before sending anything particularly private or sensitive.

How long I keep information

I keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed.

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking may be deleted after two years.

Booking and appointment correspondence may be kept for up to six years for payment and accounting records, or kept for as long as required for tax and legal purposes.

I may keep information for longer if needed to deal with a complaint, legal matter or safeguarding concern.

Your rights

You can ask me what personal information I hold about you. You can also ask me to correct it, delete it, or limit how it is used, depending on the circumstances.
