Sessions are usually available within 3–4 weeks, and sometimes sooner.

This session focuses purely on you and what’s going on in your life right now. This could be money, relationships, work or any other challenges you are facing.
We will explore the situation, the future, what the possible outcomes might look like and what you can do about it today.

This is a chance to reconnect with loved ones who have passed, and discover what messages they have for you.
We can bring through someone specific you have in mind, or we can open the door and see who comes through for you. It’s possible that multiple spirits come through to say hi, or only one comes through and we can go really deep into a conversation.
After we understand who we are connected with, there will be messages for you with guidance and support around your current circumstances and what lays ahead.

This is an opportunity to connect with your guides on a deeper level. I enter a meditative state and allow spiritual beings to sit with me and communicate through me directly, with no filter or interruption from me.
Connecting with guides and spirits in this way can be deeply profound, offering a chance to ask spirit direct questions and receive answers. You can bring questions about your life, relationships, direction or anything else you could possibly think of.
Have a pen and paper nearby to make notes; this type of session can stay with you for a long time.

In this healing session, spirit offers emotional, energetic and physical support.
I will enter a meditative state and open a space where spirit will provide healing to you. After the healing I will share the information I receive about your situation and anything you can do to help yourself as well.

A session together, drawing from both my psychotherapy background and spiritual intuition. These are practical sessions focused on something in your life that you would like to change or move towards.
This could be something practical you want to achieve, or something about yourself that you would like to change on the inside.
We might focus on obstacles and blocks preventing you from progressing. We can look at repeating patterns of behaviour, goals, relationships and find out what makes the most sense to focus on first.

One-to-one mentoring to help you explore and develop your own mediumship. Beginner or experienced, we will work to understand what you need next, discuss with spirit what would be most helpful for you and talk through anything you are struggling with. We can even practise different aspects of mediumship together. There is no particular level of experience you need to have before starting.
I offer public demonstrations of mediumship and psychic work for groups and events.
