This is a chance to reconnect with passed loved ones in spirit. This could be someone specific you have in mind or we can simply open the door and see who comes through for you. A Spiritual Trance Healing session offering emotional, energetic and physical support through the healing presence and wisdom of spirit. I will enter a meditative trance state and together we will allow spirit to work with the whole of you. During the healing, I will receive impressions around your general wellbeing, including rest, stress, nourishment, routine and other practical ways of supporting yourself afterwards.
